I understand that the scholarship offered by GMS Presentations and Training (GMS) provides complimentary registration only to the 2025 American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE) Annual Conference in St. Louis, Missouri. All other expenses, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, incidentals, and optional conference activities, are entirely my responsibility. I further acknowledge and agree to the following: Non-Transferability: This scholarship is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Indemnification and Waiver of Liability: I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GMS Presentations and Training, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses (including injury, illness, or property damage) that may arise from my attendance at or travel to and from the AACE conference. No Affiliation Disclaimer: I understand that GMS Presentations and Training is not affiliated with or sponsored by the American Association of Code Enforcement or the event organizers, and that GMS assumes no responsibility for event operations, safety protocols, cancellations, or content. Personal Responsibility: I am responsible for making all necessary travel and lodging arrangements, complying with all applicable laws, and behaving professionally and respectfully at the event. Notification of Non-Attendance: If I am unable to attend, I agree to notify GMS Presentations and Training promptly, so that the scholarship may be reassigned if possible.
